The weave is dense and smooth, with none of the roughness I feared. It came straight inside the N3VO box, held in place by bubble wrap and protected by an outer carton. The chain is slightly shinier than my watch, but still looks very good.

This was my practical test: wear it beneath an open linen shirt for a full day. It stayed flat, did not twist and never scratched my neck. Excellent construction.

I was unsure whether a chain would suit me, so the foxtail felt like a safe starting point. It is noticeable without shouting. I have worn it three times in one week.
